My name is Charles Ford. I taught Art History at UCL and used to publish some of my work on the UCL website. When I retired I needed to find a new home for my research, now my hobby, and here it is. Call it a Vanity Site.
This site is concerned with translated and transcribed texts. The texts are on pdfs. You will find links (click on the green-coloured text) to the pdfs of the texts in the introductions. Links are usually at or near the top, but sometimes other materials are linked further down. You can begin anywhere.
Obviously I am not the author of the transcribed and translated texts, but I am the writer (a labour) and the editor (a pleasure). Texts of which I am the author will appear from time to time.
This site is dedicated to the memory of Pierre Menard, Author of the Quixote.
